Mt. Hamilton is looking for some dedicated volunteers who believe in sustaining the leagues Mission and continue to provide the youth of our community a place to learn about the game of soccer.  If interested to be included on the ballot for the 11/30 AGM, please email

The following  board of director positions are available:


As President, this position is responsible for all operational systems for both the recreational and competitive leagues and is the chair of the Mt. Hamilton Board of Directors.  This person works collaboratively with District 2 Presidents and Region 2 Presidents. Must learn the rules, regulations and processes for CYSA / CCSL and Norcal to maintain league and club memberships while also being available to attend monthly and mid-day meetings for each playing league.

Vice President

As Vice President, the primary role is to manage the recreational program and work closely with the President on all operational issues. Direct partnership for the age group coordinators and assistant registrar.


As Treasurer, this person manages all financial obligations for the league. Includes, producing an annual budget, maintenance of monthly P&L statements and coordination submitting taxes and all required annual payments to the Secretary of State and any other mandated renewals to sustain the non-profit status of the league. 


As Scheduler, this position manages the scheduling of all team practice sessions, game day assignments for both the recreational and competitive programs, CCSL and Nor-Cal. Working closely with the President, DOC, Vice President, Age Coordinators and the Referee assignor to ensure seamless scheduling. Must meet the timelines of CCSL and 

NorCal for all scheduling requirements for games.  Computer skills is necessary for this role as there is heavy excel spreadsheet utilization.


As Registrar, this position manages the registration for all Cal North, CCSL competitive registrations. Works closely with the President, DOC and collaboratively works with all District 2 registrars and Cal North staff.

Field Coordinator

As Field Coordinator, this position manages the coordination of all fields for games, which includes setting and lining each field weekly, ordering field equipment and managing all aspects of each field.

Communications Director

As Communications, this position manages the website, league communications and necessary board publications. This position does require some knowledge of computer programs and MS Office.
